Founded on Proverbs 3:5–10, Pro 3510 Homes is a locally owned real estate investment company serving homeowners throughout Northwest Arkansas.

We purchase properties directly from homeowners, often in situations involving major repairs, inherited properties, vacant homes, difficult rentals, relocation, or simply a desire for an easier way to sell.

Our goal is simple: understand your situation, evaluate the property, and see if we can put together an offer that makes sense.

Meet Jett & Emily Gibe

Pro 3510 Homes is owned and operated by Jett and Emily Gibe, a husband-and-wife team based in Northwest Arkansas.

Jett has experience buying, renovating, building, and selling real estate. He earned a degree in Business Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from the University of Arkansas and is also a licensed Arkansas real estate agent.

Emily has a background in interior architecture and design and helps guide the renovation and design of the properties we purchase.

Together, we bring experience in real estate, construction, finance, and design to every property we evaluate.

More Than Just A Home Buyer

Because Jett is also a licensed real estate agent, we understand both the investment side of real estate and the traditional market.

When Pro 3510 Homes is evaluating your property for purchase, we are acting as a buyer—not as your real estate agent. If selling directly to us isn’t the right fit, there may be other options worth considering.

Any brokerage services would be discussed separately through the appropriate brokerage relationship.

We Understand Houses That Need Work

We’re comfortable taking on properties that need repairs.

From outdated interiors and deferred maintenance to larger renovation projects, we understand what it takes to improve a property. If we purchase your house, you don’t have to fix it up first.

We take on the repairs after closing.

A Real Northwest Arkansas Example

In 2024, we helped a member of the armed forces who had been relocated out of state and needed to sell his Bentonville home.

We purchased the property as-is, handled the renovation ourselves, and completed the project in just 49 days. Shortly afterward, the home was sold to a family relocating to Bentonville.

It’s a good example of what we hope to accomplish: help a homeowner move forward while improving a property for its next owner.
